The BTK-16 is a fully automatic nucleic acid amplification rapid detection device, integrating nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection. It performs nucleic acid extraction and amplification in a closed environment. The operation is simple, and a single experiment supports the detection of up to 16 targets for one person. Based on the mag- netic bead method for nucleic acid extraction, it is compatible with various reagent systems, fast, small in size, and eliminates the need for tube transfer. It can achieve the entire experimen- tal process from sample input to result output with a small volume. It has a wide range of application scenarios and can be used in parallel with multiple devices for multiple sample detection, offering flexible and convenient use.
